Jessica Hualde

Jessica Hualde, MRP, GRI, Associate Broker, and Team Founder of The Balanced Team, she is third generation in the real estate industry who combines her love for the industry along with her passion for her industry. Before entering the real estate industry in 2014 she had a 15 year career in the hospitality industry with a focus on fine dining and restaurant management. She is an active agent, working with buyers, sellers and investors in her marketplace. Jessica considers staying on top of market and technology trends in her industry to be among her top priorities. She considers educating her clients and staying on top of current market trends to be among her biggest priorities.

Jessica is an Arizona native with local experience and expertise. She is driven to support and help people in her community by organizing varies charity and community events throughout the year. She enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, photography and spending time with her husband Nick, children and dogs Snowy and Ginger with her free time.
